Blueberry Markets is a Sydney-headquartered online broker offering trading in forex, CFD shares, cryptocurrency CFDs, commodities and metals, and stock indices, with more than 2,000 tradable instruments listed on its platform. Clients trade through MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5, cTrader, TradingView, the broker's own WebTrader, and a proprietary platform called Blueberry X, alongside a copy trading product, Blueberry Social, and a market analysis tool, Blueberry Pulse. The broker is built around two core account types: a Standard account with no separate commission and the spread built into the price, and a Direct account offering raw spreads from 0.0 pips on major pairs plus a per side commission, aimed at higher volume, price sensitive traders; the minimum deposit across account types is $100. Like most CFD brokers serving a global retail base, it runs a multi entity structure rather than a single license: an ASIC authorised Australian entity for Australian residents, holding AFSL 535887, and separately licensed offshore entities for international clients, Blueberry Markets (V) Ltd under the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission (company 700697) and Blueberry Markets (Mauritius) Ltd under Mauritius' Financial Services Commission (Global Business Licence GB24203929, permitted as a Full Service Dealer excluding underwriting). It does not onboard clients from the United States, Japan, Indonesia, Malaysia, Ontario, and a list of sanctioned jurisdictions. The company was founded in August 2016 by Dean Hyde, previously a sales manager at AxiTrader, who launched it as a straight through processing broker clearing through larger counterparties rather than acting as market maker, with plans to add prime of prime services as it scaled. Hyde has said the blue branding was chosen to signal trust, dependability and strength, and the logo stacks two blueberries into the shape of an 8, his stated lucky number. He remains the company's managing director. As of 2026 the broker runs a sponsorship tie in with the Bonds Flying Roos SailGP sailing team, promoted on its site under the banner "Flying Roos x Blueberry," part of a wider sports sponsorship and affiliate marketing push alongside its partner program for introducing brokers and influencers.
