A separate company, DNA Markets Ltd, is incorporated in Saint Lucia (registration 2025-00424) and serves clients outside Australia with leverage up to 1:500 and materially lighter regulatory protection, since Saint Lucia does not itself license forex or CFD brokers. Advertised coverage runs to more than 800 CFDs, spanning dozens of forex pairs, several hundred single stock CFDs, a range of cryptocurrencies, plus indices and commodities; exact counts vary by source and change over time as the instrument list is updated. Focus Markets Pty Ltd, the AFSL holder DNA Markets operates under, is based in Melbourne and has held its licence since 2019. No independently verifiable AUM, client count, revenue figures or named executives were found for DNA Markets itself in this research pass. DNA Markets is also named as the broker partner behind DNA Funded, a separate proprietary trading ("funded trader") firm launched in 2024 that offers traders capital allocations after passing an evaluation, with DNA Markets handling trade execution and market access for that venture.
