JustMarkets is an online forex and CFD broker that lets retail traders speculate on price movements in currency pairs, indices, commodities, share CFDs and cryptocurrencies through the MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 platforms plus its own web and mobile apps. Founded in 2012 as JustForex, the company rebranded to JustMarkets in September 2022 alongside the launch of a CySEC-licensed EU entity, moving its identity from a forex-only broker to a multi-asset one. These features are aimed at the same deposit-light, offshore-friendly retail segment that most multi-regulated CFD brokers compete for. The broker is headquartered in Limassol, Cyprus, and operates through several licensed entities: JustMarkets Ltd under the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC license 401/21), Just Global Markets Ltd under the Seychelles Financial Services Authority (Securities Dealer license SD088), Just Global Markets (Pty) Ltd under South Africa's Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSP number 51114), and further entities under the Mauritius Financial Services Commission and, added in 2025, the British Virgin Islands Financial Services Commission, its fifth license overall. As of early 2026 the company states it serves more than 3 million clients across 160-plus countries, cites 13 years of operating history, and lists over 50 industry awards, including Best Broker in MENA and Most Innovative Broker at the UF Awards in 2025. In February 2026, JustMarkets publicized its newly obtained BVI FSC license alongside a refreshed Introducing Broker program (partners can choose fixed per-lot or spread-percentage commissions) and an expanded education push, market analysis content, webinars, trading contests, and an "All-in-One Trading Guide" knowledge base, while continuing to push growth into the MENA, Southeast Asia, India and Latin America regions.
