The LSE Directory / Charting platforms
NAGA is the retail trading and charting platform operated by NAGA Group AG, a German fintech founded in 2015 by Yasin Sebastian Qureshi, Igor Kulatov and Benjamin Bilski. Its analysis layer runs on TradingView-powered charts available through NAGA's browser-based WebTrader, its mobile apps and desktop, offering multi-symbol layouts, more than 100 technical indicators, drawing tools such as trendlines, Fibonacci retracements and support and resistance markers, plus built-in trading signals and analyst ratings. The platform also integrates MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 for traders who want Expert Advisor-driven algorithmic execution alongside the native charting suite, and gives access to more than 4,000 tradable instruments spanning CFDs on forex, indices, commodities and futures, real stocks and ETFs, and crypto. Where a standalone charting tool stops at analysis, NAGA folds its charts directly into brokerage execution and into NAGA Autocopy, its social and copy trading feature that lets a user review lead traders' statistics and auto-replicate their open positions from the same interface used to read the chart. That combination, research, order execution and social proof in one screen, is what NAGA positions against competitors that sell charting and execution as separate products. Client-facing regulated entities in the group include NAGA Markets Europe Ltd, authorised by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (license 204/13) under MiFID II cross-border passporting, and JME Financial Services (Pty) Ltd, licensed by South Africa's Financial Sector Conduct Authority (license 37166), with client funds held segregated at regulated banks. NAGA Group AG has been listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange's Scale segment since 2017 under the ticker N4G. In 2024 it merged with Key Way Group Ltd, operator of the CAPEX.com trading app; CAPEX founder Octavian Patrascu personally injected 9 million US dollars into the combined company through a convertible bond and became CEO of the merged group, which the companies described as forming one of the world's leading neo-brokers with roughly 1.5 million users across more than 100 countries. In preliminary results for FY2025, NAGA Group reported group revenue of 62.4 million euros, more than 2.5 million registered users, over 180,000 funded clients and cumulative revenue since inception of 475 million euros, guiding to 68 to 75 million euros of revenue for FY2026. In the fourth quarter of 2025 the group launched NAGA ONE, a superapp intended to unify the charting and trading platform with payments, starting with personal IBAN accounts, virtual and physical debit cards and SEPA and peer-to-peer transfers, with multi-currency accounts, crypto wallets, staking and an AI-driven Trading Super Assistant planned to layer onto the existing charting and signals tools during 2026.
