BingX is a centralized cryptocurrency exchange operating at bingx.com, founded in 2018. Its core products are spot trading and conversion tools, perpetual futures settled in USDT, in coin margin and in USDC (branded USDT-M, Coin-M and USDC-M contracts), plus automated trading bots (grid, Martingale and signal strategies) and dual-investment and loan products. Independent trackers such as CoinMarketCap list more than 700 cryptocurrencies and more than 700 trading pairs on the platform. The exchange's defining product is copy trading. BingX presents itself as the first exchange to bring copy trading to digital-asset markets, letting a user mirror an experienced "Elite Trader's" live futures or spot positions while the copied trade still executes and settles in the copier's own account and under the copier's own risk settings. By the company's own count, more than 11.4 million copy-trading relationships were active on the platform as of August 2025. This positions BingX toward retail traders who want exposure to another trader's strategy without managing entries and exits themselves, a different pitch from pure order-book venues that compete mainly on fees and matching-engine performance. BingX Group Limited is registered in the British Virgin Islands and operates out of Singapore, with additional offices reported in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Canada and Australia. The company says it has obtained financial-services registrations in jurisdictions including the United States and Canada, though its own compliance materials do not name the specific regulators or license numbers. BingX states it serves more than 40 million users worldwide and describes itself as ranked among the top five global crypto derivatives exchanges by volume; these are company-reported figures, not independently audited. It publishes a monthly Merkle-tree proof-of-reserves snapshot, with the mid-January 2026 report showing reserve ratios above 100% for BTC, ETH and USDT. On September 20, 2024, BingX's hot wallets were breached across multiple blockchains; on-chain data cited by CoinDesk put the loss at more than $43 million, the exchange paused and then restored withdrawals within about 24 hours, and it committed to compensating affected users in full. BingX has been Chelsea Football Club's principal partner since 2024 and became a crypto-exchange partner of Scuderia Ferrari HP in 2026. In January 2026 it launched BingX TradFi, extending its leveraged perpetual-futures model beyond crypto to more than 50 traditional underlyings, including gold, silver, oil, gas and agricultural commodities, forex pairs such as EURUSD and USDJPY, single stocks including Tesla and Nvidia, and the S&P 500 and Nasdaq 100 indices, all tradable at up to 500x leverage through the same futures interface as its crypto contracts.
