Patrick Collison is an Irish entrepreneur who co-founded Stripe in 2010 with his brother John Collison. Stripe provides payment processing APIs that power millions of online businesses globally and was valued at approximately $65 billion in 2023. Collison is also a noted polymath and intellectual, funding Fast Grants and other research acceleration initiatives. He dropped out of MIT to found Stripe.
