Tom Blomfield is a British entrepreneur who co-founded GoCardless (2011) and Monzo Bank (2015). Monzo, of which he was CEO until 2020, pioneered the app-only UK digital bank model with instant spending notifications, fee-free foreign transactions and a distinctive coral card. Monzo reached a £4.5 billion valuation in 2021. Blomfield left the company and subsequently joined Y Combinator as a partner.
