The LSE Directory / Fintech founders

Tsachi Galanos is an Israeli entrepreneur and the co-founder and CEO of Bookmap, a market-visualization platform that renders real-time order book depth, liquidity, and order flow as an interactive heatmap for futures, stocks, and crypto traders. He previously co-founded and led VeloxPro (2007-2015), a proprietary and algorithmic trading firm active in futures and stocks, including high-frequency trading strategies; that experience in reading order-book behavior directly motivated the visualization approach he built into Bookmap, launched in 2014-2015. Bookmap is headquartered with operations spanning Israel, the US, UK, and elsewhere, and a majority stake was acquired by Brazilian trading-technology firm Nelogica in October 2024. Galanos is based in Israel and continues to serve as the company's CEO.
