The LSE Directory / Fundamental data

Trendlyne is a Bengaluru, India based stock market analytics platform that pulls together company fundamentals, financial statements, technicals, shareholding and insider trade filings, broker research and news into a single research workspace for equity investors. Its signature product is the DVM score (Durability, Valuation, Momentum), a three factor rating applied across the listed Indian equity universe, paired with a multi thousand parameter stock screener, strategy and stock level backtesting, a Forecaster dashboard that aggregates sell side analyst price targets, EPS and revenue estimates for roughly 900 companies, corporate action and earnings call calendars, portfolio tracking and configurable alerts. The platform is delivered through a website and iOS/Android apps rather than as a standalone market data API for retail users. What differentiates Trendlyne from other Indian retail research portals is a dual go to market: alongside its own consumer site and app, it licenses its screeners, scores and research content on a business to business basis to Indian stockbrokers, which embed Trendlyne's tools inside their own trading platforms; the company has described serving several hundred million page views and API calls a month across these embedded surfaces on top of its own direct traffic. Coverage centers on NSE and BSE listed Indian equities, with a separate Trendlyne Global tier extending screeners and fundamentals to US listed stocks on the NYSE and Nasdaq. This combination of a consumer facing scoring system and brokerage embedded distribution positions it between do-it-yourself screener tools and the discretionary research desks of full service brokers. The company operates under the legal entity Giskard Datatech Private Limited, incorporated in Bengaluru, and was co-founded by Amber Pabreja, who serves as CEO, and Devi Yesodharan; Pabreja previously worked as an engineer at Veritas Software and Tejas Networks before starting the company, and the founders went through YES Bank's ACE accelerator programme in 2018. IIFL Securities has been the most prominent strategic investor: it first took roughly a 15% stake in November 2018, then raised its holding to about 20.55% on a fully diluted basis after buying an additional 6.25% in 2020, and IIFL Fintech Fund also led a roughly $1.8 million Series A round in October 2022, taking Trendlyne's disclosed total funding to about $2.64 million across five rounds. Reported revenue reached roughly INR 12.2 crore (about $1.5 million) in FY2024, up around 55% year on year, with a Bengaluru team reported at roughly 40 to 50 employees in 2025. Past brokerage partners for embedded research and screener content have included ICICI Securities, Kotak Securities, 5paisa and Motilal Oswal. In its current app releases Trendlyne has been adding MarketMind AI, a credit-metered AI assistant built into the platform for market and stock queries, alongside continued additions such as mutual fund shareholding data, DVM score history and broker order sync, extending the product beyond static screeners toward conversational research tools.
