FTUK is a proprietary trading firm that funds retail traders on simulated forex and futures accounts rather than requiring traders to risk their own capital. Traders pass a paid evaluation, or in the instant funding track skip evaluation entirely, then trade a demo account sized from 5,000 to 150,000 dollars; profits above the account's target are paid out from FTUK's own funds under a profit split of up to 80 percent on forex programs and up to 100 percent on futures accounts, capped at 15,000 dollars per payout. Trading runs on MetaTrader 5 (not offered to US-based traders), Match-Trader, TradeLocker and the firm's own FTUK XT platform, covering forex, indices, weekend crypto pairs and, through its dedicated futures program, E-mini and E-micro futures contracts. Within the funded-account industry, FTUK differentiates on entry format rather than price: alongside conventional one-step and two-step evaluations it runs an Instant Funding tier with no evaluation phase at all, and a discounted Flex Challenge with a pay-after-you-pass entry fee. Funded accounts carry no mandatory stop-loss and no maximum lot size, rules the firm markets as more permissive than some rivals' evaluation terms. Its Augmented Growth track lets a trader's simulated capital scale with consecutive payouts up to 6.4 million dollars, a higher ceiling than many forex-only prop firms advertise. The FTUK brand states it launched in February 2021 and added a single-phase evaluation program that October. A UK-registered entity tied to the brand, FTUK Group Ltd, was incorporated in London in December 2021 and was later dissolved in December 2023. The firm reports having paid out more than 12 million dollars to funded traders, having supported over 30,000 traders across more than 130 countries, and an average payout turnaround it advertises at around 60 minutes. As with the funded-account segment generally, FTUK is not a regulated broker or asset manager; its own site carries a CFTC Rule 4.41 disclaimer that its programs run on simulated, not live, trading performance. Independent coverage of FTUK is mixed. One prop-firm review aggregator reports a 4.1 out of 5 Trustpilot score drawn from several hundred reviews, while a DailyForex review rated the firm 2.5 out of 5, citing evaluation fees and a base profit split it judged less competitive than category leaders such as FTMO and FundedNext before FTUK's split scales up with consecutive payouts.
