The LSE Directory / Prop firms

FundedNext is a proprietary trading firm that sells traders paid access to an evaluation process, after which qualifying traders are allocated simulated, capital-backed accounts and paid a share of the profits they generate on live market prices. The FundedNext brand runs several challenge formats, including Stellar One-Step, Stellar Two-Step, Stellar Lite, Evaluation, and Express, through which traders must hit profit targets while staying inside daily and overall loss limits before being funded. Trading is offered on forex pairs, indices, commodities, and cryptocurrency CFDs, plus a separate futures product line, across platforms including MetaTrader 4/5, cTrader, Match-Trader, NinjaTrader, and Tradovate. FundedNext differentiates mainly on profit share and payout terms rather than on holding its own brokerage license. Stellar One-Step accounts start traders at a 90% profit split, while Express and the Stellar Two-Step/Lite accounts start lower, around 60% to 80%, and step up with consistent withdrawals; traders can also add a 95% lifetime payout option. The firm markets no time limit on evaluations and fast payout processing as its main competitive claims. It operates as an evaluation and simulated-trading business rather than a licensed broker-dealer: live order execution and brokerage licensing sit with a separately branded and separately run sister company, FNmarkets, which the group stood up in 2024/2025 to hold its own regulatory licenses (reported by Finance Magnates as including a Seychelles license, with Mauritius and Dubai licensing applications in progress as of that reporting). FundedNext is part of NEXT Ventures, a Dubai and Bangladesh linked fintech group founded by Abdullah Jayed, who is also FundedNext's CEO; the FundedNext-branded platform itself publicly launched on 18 March 2022. The group's headquarters is registered in Ajman, UAE, with additional operational hubs in Malaysia, Bangladesh, Cyprus, and Sri Lanka. As of mid-2026 the company reports having paid out more than 300 million dollars to traders across 170-plus countries, and it holds a 4.5-out-of-5 rating across more than 62,000 Trustpilot reviews, among the largest review volumes of any prop trading firm. Independent reviews are mixed: alongside praise for responsive support and fast payouts, recurring complaints describe account terminations after traders became payout-eligible and disputed rule-violation findings. By 2026 FundedNext had re-entered the United States market with a dedicated futures-only prop platform, since its CFD-based challenge accounts remain unavailable to US-based traders; in parallel the group has been building FNmarkets into a standalone CFD brokerage aimed at retail traders in Asia, Africa, Latin America, and the Middle East, a shift from being purely an evaluation platform toward also owning live trading infrastructure.
