Lux Trading Firm is a proprietary trading firm that gives retail traders access to funded trading accounts across forex, indices, commodities, metals and cryptocurrencies. Traders qualify either through a one-step evaluation challenge, which refunds its fee once passed, or by purchasing an instant-funding account that skips evaluation. Entry account sizes run from smaller starter tiers up to $1,000,000, with a stated scaling path to accounts as large as $10,000,000 for traders who remain consistently profitable, one of the higher ceilings advertised in the funded-trader segment. The firm positions its execution model as its main point of difference from competitors: it states that funded accounts trade on real capital routed through third-party clearing firms and institutional liquidity providers, rather than the purely simulated, in-house dealing-desk setup used by many funded-trader programmes, and it describes itself as not a broker and as not itself carrying out regulated activities. Supported trading platforms include MetaTrader 4/5, MatchTrader and TradingView. Beyond standard CFD challenges, Lux Trading Firm also runs a prediction markets product that lets funded traders take positions on political, economic, sporting and cultural events, a category largely absent from mainstream prop-firm competitors. In 2025 the firm announced membership of The Prop Association (TPA), an industry body for prop-firm certification and dispute resolution. Lux Trading Firm Ltd was incorporated in the United Kingdom on 27 January 2021 (Companies House number 13160991), registered at 128 City Road, London, and the group also operates from a Dubai office, Lux Trading Firm ME LLC, at Emaar Square 4. It is not authorised or regulated by the UK Financial Conduct Authority; its own published terms state that neither entity carries out regulated activities and that the firm operates purely as a prop-trading and training provider, with UK law and UK courts governing client disputes. Instant-funding accounts carry an 80% profit share on the first trade according to the firm's own site, while the standard evaluation programme is published at a lower split, and payouts are issued on a biweekly or weekly cycle. As of mid-2026 the firm markets its TPA membership and its real-capital execution claim as its main differentiators in a crowded funded-trader market, alongside its high maximum account ceiling and its prediction markets line, which extends its product range beyond conventional CFD instruments.
