David Winton Harding CBE is a British systematic fund manager and philanthropist. He read Natural Sciences at Cambridge University and co-founded AHL (now Man AHL) in 1987, one of the original systematic trend-following CTAs. After leaving, he founded Winton Group in 1997, building it into a leading systematic investment manager. A committed patron of science, he donated £100 million to Cambridge University.
