Andrea Unger (born 1966 in Tuttlingen, Germany) is an Italian systematic trader and trading educator, and the only person to have won the World Cup Trading Championships four times (2008, 2009, 2010 and 2012, futures division, on real-money accounts, including a 672% return in 2008 per championship records). A mechanical engineering graduate with honors from Politecnico di Milano (1990), he has traded full-time since 2001 and founded Unger Academy in 2015, which teaches his rules-based "Unger Method" for building and automating trading systems. He is the author of the book The Unger Method and The Successful Trader's Guide to Money Management, and an honorary member of SIAT, the Italian Society of Technical Analysis. His English-language YouTube channel reports about 13.9K subscribers and his Instagram about 24K followers, alongside a larger Italian-language operation.
