Dimitri Bianco, known online as "Fancy Quant," is an American quantitative finance professional and YouTuber (164K subscribers, 1,400+ videos) who has published career guidance and technical content on quant finance, statistics, and programming since 2015. He holds a BS in Finance and Business Administration from Washington State University, a Master of Applied Economics from the University of Michigan, and the FRM designation; his industry career spans model development, validation, implementation, and internal audit at global and regional banks including Santander, where he was an Associate Director leading model validation by age 30, before becoming Head of Quantitative Risk and Research at fintech Agora Data. He is known for candid reviews and rankings of quant master's programs, the "Talking Tuesdays with Fancy Quant" podcast, and, by his own account, content that has reached 138 countries with over 3.5 million views. In 2025 he founded Fancy Quant LLC, offering academic, industry, and career consulting.
