Mark S. Longo is the founder and CEO of the Options Insider Media Group, which describes its Options Insider Radio Network as the world's leading podcast network for options traders; he created what he says was the first options podcast in January 2007. A Cornell University finance graduate, he began his career on the Chicago Board Options Exchange floor as an options market maker for Stafford Trading (1997-2001), later trading options proprietarily and writing "The Options Observer" column for Traders Magazine before going independent in 2007. Often called "the voice of options," he hosts long-running shows including Volatility Views, The Option Block, Options Boot Camp, This Week in Futures Options and The Crypto Rundown, has partnered with CME Group, Cboe Global Markets and Nasdaq, and also founded The Options Alliance, a nonprofit for former floor traders. He lives in downtown Chicago with his wife and son.
