P R Sundar (Purisai Rajamani Sundar, born 1964 in Purisai, Tamil Nadu) is a Chennai-based options trader and financial educator who taught mathematics in Gujarat and then Singapore for about 12 years before returning to India in 2005 and taking up stock-market trading around 2007. He runs a self-titled YouTube channel with about 1.22 million subscribers focused on option-selling strategies and daily analysis of Indian futures-and-options markets, and sells paid one- and two-day options-trading workshops through workshop.prsundar.com; he has publicly claimed substantial trading wealth, including a Rs 30 crore penthouse and a nine-figure rupee net worth. He co-founded Mansun Consulting with his wife Mangayarkarasi Sundar; in May 2023 the firm and the couple settled a SEBI case over providing investment advisory services without registration, paying roughly Rs 46.8 lakh in settlement charges plus about Rs 6.07 crore in disgorgement and accepting a one-year ban from Indian securities markets.
