Match-Trade Technologies is a financial technology vendor that builds trading infrastructure for retail forex brokers and proprietary trading firms. Its core product is Match-Trader, a standalone multi-asset trading platform available as a licensed server deployment or a white-label brokerage solution, with web, desktop and mobile clients built around TradingView charting. Around the platform the company sells a Client Office CRM for broker back-office and IB management, a liquidity bridge and MT4/MT5 integration for connecting to prime brokers and liquidity pools, social and copy-trading modules, and an in-house payment gateway. The company positions Match-Trader as an alternative to MetaTrader, cTrader and DXtrade, the three platforms it names as its direct competitors, aiming to give brokers an owned technology stack rather than a licensed third-party terminal. It has built a specific product line for the proprietary trading firm segment, Match-Trader Prop, covering challenge and evaluation management, funded-account workflows and MT5 backend integration, and in 2026 it partnered with liquidity provider FX-Edge on funded-phase hedging aimed at prop firms, and with Trade Tech Solutions to add prediction markets as a native module inside the platform. Match-Trade Technologies was registered in 2013 and began developing its own trading system that year; it is headquartered in Cyprus, with offices in Limassol and Nicosia, plus additional offices in Warsaw and Poznan (Poland), Dubai, South Korea, Malaysia and India, and reports a headcount above 150. Its leadership includes CEO Michael Karczewski, COO Chris Dankowski and CIO Arek Dankowski. The company describes itself as a technology and consulting provider rather than a regulated broker, and states it does not hold client funds directly; it says it maintains a strategic partnership with a regulated liquidity provider so it can offer brokers a bundled liquidity and technology package. Finance Magnates, an independent trade publication, reported a 290 percent increase in Match-Trader's server-license client count between January 2024 and January 2025, coinciding with the company's push into the prop-trading and prediction-markets segments; in June 2026 it hired Serhii Poplavskyi as Head of the Match-Trader Platform to lead that expansion.
